Labour law

In employment law, we assist our clients on a daily basis for their HR / labour law issues and questions. The Social Department is involved both in advice and litigation on issues related to individual and collective labour relations. Our know-how allowed us to develop expertise in:

Settlement negotiations, decision support, protocol writing
Mass redundancy procedure/restructuring
Determination of applicable bargaining agreements/ collective bargaining
Wage portage
Drafting of contracts, variable compensation and non-competition clauses
Employee savings schemes (profit-sharing, bonus plan, PEE, PERCO)

For cases requiring an intervention in public law (such as contesting an administrative decision made by the labour inspector), the firm works in collaboration with the public law firm Orier-Risser.

Finally, the Social Department intervenes at the École de Droit & Management de Paris Panthéon Assas-Sorbonne to train students in labour law.

Julien Guillot has worked for 9 years in major business law firms in Paris before founding his firm. He is also member of the Governance Board of the École de Droit & Management de Paris Panthéon Assas-Sorbonne and teaches as Director of Studies.

Estelle Brunella

Lawyer at the Paris Bar

Estelle Brunella has been an associate at Lexelians since 2019. After a Master 1 in Corporate Law (Social Law) at the University of Cergy-Pontoise and a Master 2 Diploma of Corporate Counsel (DJCE) in 2017, Estelle joined the High School of Lawyers of the Court of Appeal of Versailles (HEDAC). In 2019, she became a lawyer at the Paris Bar.
