Laurent Beauvoit


Laurent Beauvoit assists his clients in capital markets law, securities law and corporate law for listed companies. Laurent Beauvoit has been involved in more than two hundreds financial transactions including IPOs/privatizations (EDF, ConcoursMania, Diaxonhit, Horizontal Software ...), capital increases (Société Générale, France Telecom, Veolia Environnement, Rhodia, Diaxonhit ...), issues of securities (convertibles, ORNANEs, OCEANEs … by Business Objects, Altran, Publicis ...), tender offers (Grand Marnier, Business Objects, Infogrames ...) and bond issues (Aurea, Infogrames, Rhodia, CMA-CGM ...).

Before founding Lexelians in 2012, Laurent Beauvoit was partner in Aklea (law firm specialized in capital markets law, securities law and corporate law for listed companies), senior associate in the Department “Corporate – Capital Market” at Shearman & Sterling LLP, and associate in the Department “Capital Markets” at Gide Loyrette Nouel.

Laurent Beauvoit is a graduate of the University of Tours (DESS in International Trade Law) and the University of Exeter (UK - LLM in International Trade Law).

Irina Serban


With strong experience in first-class law firms, Irina becomes partner partner of Lexelians and head of the M & A / Private Equity department in December 2015. Previously, she spent three years at Lexington Avocats (Lawyer in the Law Department). of Companies / Mergers and Acquisitions / Private Placements.), and 2 years at Alverny Demont and Associates as a lawyer in the Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity department.

Irina holds a Master 1 in Private Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, a Master 2 European Business Law and a Master's degree in Law and International Management from ESCP Europe. She registered with the Bar Association of the Paris Bar in July 2010.

Julien Guillot


Julien Guillot has worked for 9 years in major business law firms in Paris before founding his firm. He is also member of the Governance Board of the École de Droit & Management de Paris Panthéon Assas-Sorbonne and teaches as Director of Studies.

After a Master 1 in Social Law at the University of Montpellier and a Master 2 Law and Practice of Labor Relations in 2008, Julien became a lawyer at the Paris Bar in 2009. He then joined the direction of studies School of Law & Management from Paris Pantheon Assas-Sorbonne.

Jonathan Santoro


Jonathan Santoro intervenes in capital markets law, securities law, corporate law for listed companies and private equity. He assisted his clients on many financial transactions.

Jonathan Santoro joined Lexelians from its founding in 2012 after practicing with Laurent Beauvoit at Aklea law firm from 2009. He graduated from the University of Lyon (Master 2 in Banking and Financial Markets) in 2008.

Mathilde-Katsura Kanno


Mathilde has been a corporate lawyer at Lexelians since 2015. Her areas of expertise are primarily in the areas of corporate law, private equity and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Lexelians, Mathilde graduated with a Master 1 and 2 in Corporate Law from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.

Estelle Brunella


Estelle Brunella has been a partner at Lexelians since 2019.

After a Master 1 in Corporate Law (Social Law) at the University of Cergy-Pontoise and a Master 2 Diploma of Corporate Counsel (DJCE) in 2017, Estelle joined the High School of Lawyers of the Court of Appeal of Versailles (HEDAC). In 2019, she became a lawyer at the Paris Bar.

Allan Miserey


Graduated of Cambridge University and the National Institute of Oriental Languages ​​and Civilizations, Allan Miserey specializes in Paris real estate. Member of the Cercle Eugène Delacroix and founding member of the France-Morocco Alliance, he worked in the Pierre Rénovation Tradition group for more than 15 years.

Lisa Nyzhnyk


Lisa Nyzhnyk has been Marketing Manager at Lexelians since 2016. She holds a Master 1 and 2 in Marketing and Commercial Strategies from Paris Business School.
